Hemp has always been an important crop to civilization. Hemp is often thought to be the first domestically cultivated plant with evidence of Hemp fabric dating to 8,000 years ago found in Turkey. Hemp was also used for textile fiber in China around 4,500 years ago.
Lovington Economic Development Corporation (EDC) would like to invite Businesses or Building Owners within “Zone E” to apply for our Façade and Infrastructure Improvement Matching Grant. By offering this grant our hope is to jump-start private investment in Lovington and encourage economic development growth.
