Fiestas de Septiembre Vendor Application

Vendors will be allowed to set up between 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. on Saturday September 14, 2024 at the Lea County Fairgrounds(Parking Lot). If the vendor is not set up by the designated time, the vendor forfeits their spot and all money previously paid.

Food vendors must apply for a Temporary Food Permit from the NM Health Department. A copy of the permit must be provided to the Lovington EDC by Wednesday September 11, 2024 by 5:00 P.M. If a permit is not presented, the vendor will not be allowed to set up.

Lovington Economic Development Corporation employees and/or volunteers, City of Lovington employees and/or volunteers are NOT responsible in case of accidents, fire and/or theft.

ALL BOOTHS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN POWER SUPPLY

ALL BOOTHS MUST REMAIN INTACT UNTIL 12:00 A.M.
