Alfonso Cisneros is Vice President and Branch Manager for Lea County State Bank. Cisneros has worked for LCSB since 2011. Prior to joining LCSB, Cisneros worked in the Banking industry in Mexico for almost three years. Cisneros is originally from Leon, Guanajuato Mexico. He graduated from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in 2008 with a degree in Finance. He received his Associates Degree in Business with emphasis in Economics from Midland College and in 2014 he graduated from the Western States School of Banking in Las Cruces.
Besides being a member of the board of the LEDC, Cisneros is the Secretary for the Lovington Rotary Club and actively participates in community events.
As a Board member of the LEDC, Cisneros would like to provide assistance in the development of short and long term economic development plans for the community along with gathering information for future planning.
Cisneros and his wife Sara have lived in the Lea County area for over five years.
