EnergyPlex: The Solution for Your Energy Needs

The Economic Development Corporation of Lea County (EDCLC) was established in 1963 for the purpose of boosting economic development in Lea County by attracting and retaining businesses. One such initiative of EDCLC is the EnergyPlex park, located at Lovington, which is the home to twenty-five industries, including petroleum, nuclear, utilities, biofuels, wind, and solar energy.
A number of initiatives are provided here which include low-cost utilities, tax abatements, industrial revenue bonds, job training reimbursements, etc.
