The City of Lovington has Industrial Sites available for lease with direct rail accessibility for those located on the west side of the road. Leases are for a ten (10) year period at $1/acre/year, renewable at the option of the tenant. Utilities available include water and electricity. Currently, Navajo Refining, L.P, (oil refinery); Ramirez & Sons (dirt and asphalt company); and Legendary have industrial site leases.
