Evelyn Holguin

Evelyn C. Holguin is the Executive Director for the Lovington Economic Development Corporation. Evelyn has served the LEDC for almost 16 years. She has her Bachelor's degree in business administration, a Leadership NM 2013 graduate, and a 2022 Maddox Leadership Institute graduate. Evelyn was also appointed by the Governor of NM to serve a 4-year term in the NM Community Development Block Grants to represent Region 6 of NM. She is Married to Omar Holguin of 25 years, and they have 2 children, Omar Jr. (24) an electrician and Jocelynn Jordan (16) a Junior at Lovington High School. Evelyn and her family are dedicated to the community and are proud to call Lovington home.
