Lynda Davis

Lynda was raised in Lovington, graduating from Lovington High School.  She is married to Brent Davis and together they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.  She lived in East Texas and North Carolina for a period before returning to her hometown of Lovington in 2007 and beginning her career with Nor-Lea Hospital District.

Lynda Davis currently serves as the Director of Finance at Nor-Lea Hospital District, where she leads the Revenue Cycle Process Team and assists in improving processes throughout the revenue cycle.  She also oversees the Materials Management Department and the Hospital’s Decision Support Team.

Lynda, first started her management career at Nor-Lea working as the Health Information Manager and maintained that position for four years before transitioning to the finance department and her current role as Director of Finance.

Lynda’s passion for analytics and process improvement is what propelled her to earn a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification that has empowered her to make pragmatic improvements to Nor-Lea Hospital’s financial analytics and decision support processes.  She was consequently awarded an exceptional care award for Innovation through Nor-Lea Hospital’s Exceptional Care Award Program.

Lynda is excited be a member of the Lovington EDC Board of Directors and looks forward to assisting Lovington grow.
