Bobby Ferris

My name is Bobby Ferris and I am currently the general manager for Lea County Electric Cooperative. I have over 25 years in the electric utility business. I am originally from Monticello, Georgia where I graduated high school. I was active in both 4H and FFA and played sports. I graduated from Georgia College and State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I later graduated from the University of Nebraska with a management degree with an emphasis on the electric utility industry. I have been married to my wife Amberly Ferris for over 25 years. We have been a part of the Lea County community for over 7 years. I am excited to be a part of the Lovington EDC and hope that my background and experience can help the organization and our community thrive.
