Lynda Davis

Lynda Davis was raised in Lovington and is a graduate of Lovington High School. After spending time in East Texas and North Carolina, she returned home in 2007 to begin her career with Nor-Lea Hospital District.

She currently serves as Director of Finance and Decision Support, where she works across operations, finance, and workforce strategy to develop data-driven tools that support decision-making and strengthen organizational performance.

Lynda began her career in Health Information Management before transitioning into finance and analytics, where she developed a passion for process improvement. She has completed Six Sigma Green Belt training and has been recognized for innovation through Nor-Lea’s Exceptional Care Award Program.

She and her husband, Brent, have three children and seven grandchildren. Lynda is proud to serve on the Lovington Economic Development Corporation Board and is committed to supporting the continued growth and success of the Lovington community.
