Housing Development Opportunities in Lovington, New Mexico

Housing development remains a key priority for Lovington’s continued growth. The City of Lovington, in partnership with the Lovington Economic Development Corporation (LEDC), is seeking qualified developers interested in bringing much-needed housing opportunities to our community.

Through the Housing Request for Proposals (RFP), developers are invited to explore opportunities to expand Lovington’s housing availability and help meet the needs of our growing community.

Proposals are being accepted through October 1, 2029, or until available Housing Incentive funds have been exhausted.
