"It All Happens Here" is the official slogan for our town, Hobbs, New Mexico and it's lived out at Hobbs MainStreet! In our downtown area we have a shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and a park! Come visit us for food, fun and great stores!
The essence of MainStreet Hobbs is to identify new market opportunities for the traditional commercial district, find new uses for historic commercial buildings and stimulate investment in property. With a comprehensive approach, our goal is to develop a thorough understanding of the districts economic condition; identify opportunities by focusing on incremental changes that will gradually improve the area's economic foundation and eventually enable large-scale investments. This effort will only be possible through active partnerships with community members and organizations.
